Booster pump stations

Booster pump stations (BPS) are designed to improve and maintain the pressure in the water supply system with a given flow rate.

Specified environment – cold and hot water for domestic and drinking purposes, water cooling systems, and other industrial water without abrasive or long-fiber particles. Applications of BPS:

to increase in pressure and water supply in residential, public and industrial buildings, water supply stations, main pipelines;

increased pressure in industrial installations;

flow of liquids in cooling and fire suppression systems.

Booster pump stations have a number of advantages. Firstly, all the work of this unit is fully automated, which eliminates the human impacton the quality of the water supply. Installation requires no special skill, and the station itself is quite easy to operate and does not require any special maintenance.

The main advantage our booester pump stations s is that the BPS casing is made of polypropylene and is buried in the ground. This eliminates the need for ground-based equipment, which can significantly save costs. Upon request it is also possible to produce the BPS without casing, for indoor installation.

The number of additional equipment for such plants may include all kinds of systems. That is, the pumping station can be additionally equipped with a heating system and a back-up power supply. Also in the set we can include additional plumbing fittings, ventilation systems and a special filtering system.
